I am sharing easy and authentic ‘Chicken Korma recipe’ to make it in ‘degi’ style which is the most required taste of ‘korma’. If you are a foodie and belong to central Asia specially Pakistan or India then you must be familiar with ‘korma’ taste.
Ingredients for chicken korma recipe
Chicken-500g
Ginger garlic-4tsp
Yogurt-100g
Onion-50g
Cashew nuts-50g
Coriander powder-2tsp
Cumin powder-2tsp
Turmeric powder-2tsp
Chili sauce-3tsp
Salt-3tsp
Bay leaves- 1(peace)
Cardamom- 2(peace)
Clove- 3(peace)
Cinnamon- 3(peace)
Process:
1)First we lightly fry the onion and cashew nuts,And paste it well with mixi.
2)First put some oil in a pan,And when the oil is hot, cook it well with ginger garlic paste in it for two to three minutes.
3)Then you have to put the chicken in it and cook for a while more.then add all the powder spice & yogurt.
4)Cook till the oil comes out of the spice. Once the oil comes out of the spice then add water in it and cook for 30 minutes in low flame.
5)When cooked, add pre-made cashew nuts and onion peast and cook for a while.
6) Ready & enjoy.
