I want to dedicate this song to my dad he drove and retired a trucker. And nothing he loved more then a 379 extended hood Pete all lit up and full of chrome. He was the old school trucker and he could make one sound as smooth as silk. He drove for 35 years. And to this day I admire my dad for doing what he did for a living. He never complained about working. He always supported us driving a truck. So here's to my dad and all the rest of the guys that do it. GOD BLESS YOU AND BE WITH YOU .10-4
I'm a truck drivers wife and I just wanna say God bless each and every truck driver out there. I pray that you have a safe trip and a safe return to your family. I wouldn't give nothing for my truck driving man.
Proud member of the 126,000+ haulers. Worked with you Jordan at modern for Eric Clark. Me and big Josh drove the Blue Pete’s Nice video man. Love trucking
The damn cancer and arthritis stopped me but the love will always be there. That's the one thing it couldn't touch. I put my Galaxy with the Wilson 2000 in my pick-up. My wife calls it therapy. I told her to play this graveside on that little boom box she keeps in the sewing room when they plant me and put that Peterbilt emblem I've held on to all these years on my headstone. If I gotta go I'm going in style.
You have my respect, driver. I went and drove this last summer, it's not like it was. We caught the good times of chicken trucks, convoys and jokes late night on the CB. It used to be good and we are part of history now.
Your earning your daily bread if you do this for a living. One of my jobs was loading big dump trucks. A lot of the trailers were aluminum five axle trailers. One I loaded had seven. Loaded them with a Cat 970. The trucks were nice but like being in the big beasts that load them. Cool video. Excellent work.
Awesome tune, I hauled everything from mushrooms to 70000kgs of wood out of the bush. Great job hauling wood never a dull moment. If the wood industry picked back up I would quit my job and haul it again. Over and out from Hammer
I can understand your feelings Bro,I was a tanker yanker in the UK in the 60s but by the time I was 35 I had to have both hips replaced due to Osteo Arthritis, I managed to keep on trucking into the 90s ,but the Surgeon told me I had to retire because if the hip went again the bone wasn't good enough to operate on. So reluctantly I retired.I sure do miss the life, I was getting paid for something I loved doing. Good luck and safe journeys.
That's awesome!! In Québec Canada I haul wood chips and we legally gross 127 000 pounds...it gets pretty interesting in the winter with the steep grades!! Keep on truckin

great video, man. don't see enough vids of local guys just doin' their thing every day. in my part of the world all the coal for power plants, etc, is hauled in bottom dump trailers for safety reasons. too many tip overs years ago. post more stuff , if you can. thanks.
I love this song. And this particular video is my favorite. We have 8 rock haulers. One question... How does it have a Screamin' Cat? Since it's a Mack? Lol
***** Yeah, I suppose you're right. You're referring to a custom Mack, not factory right? Either way, silly me. Lol. I have always like the look of a Mack, but haven't heard great things about the engine. Lol. But if it were me.... I'd put a Detroit in it instead. ;)
***** How old are you by the way?! Youre actually interested in diesels at your age? I thought kids these days only played video games. I'm impressed. That's awesome
***** That is amazing. I can't wait to tell my boyfriend about you. His dad was a truck driver for over 30 years. Then worked as a diesel mechanic till he passed away at 83. My boyfriend is actually brilliant at anything and everything. Lol. He seriously is...first and foremost, working on big trucks. He owns 11 now. And fixes everything himself. I think it's awesome that you respect and care for somethin that I'm sure your dad takes a lot of pride in doing. And he should. Trucking was cool before the word cool was even used in that way. Lol. You are gonna go far in life, I can tell. And believe me, I'm most always right. :)
***** I agree...except I have to say I'm more partial to Cummins and Detroit. Nothing like the sound of a Detroit...and Cummins...well, it's brilliant. As long as it isn't the 6.7 ;)
2:28 4th bulb down from left, 4th one down from right, they are dim. Are they suppose to be like that? Great fuck-ing video. I loved it. Bad ass! Thank you for the upload.
Gear it up cause them cats are not slow u could kick city kids assess when there in there little cars so grow some damn respect and thank a trucker and a farmer cause were would we be without them.
