2 tbsp oil
2 green chilli
1 fine chopped onion
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
250 gram chicken liver
3/4 tsp pepper
some coriander leaf

My goooodness!!! This is the best liver recipe. I started eating liver due to severe anaemia. I’d oven bake it after soaking in milk even then I could taste it. This recipe is genius cos not only I didn’t taste the strong liver it tasted yummy and this looks like a staple now. Thank you soooo much, enjoying it now

Do not soak liver in milk. Your body will not be able to absorb any iron so not good for anaemia issues

Very irritating background music. There is no rule to have background music in a recipe video. Just because others do we have to do concept does not work unless you understand irritating music should be avoided.
