Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes 350g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 4 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2-3 tbs
-Pakola full cream milk 750ml
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Italian seasoning 1 tsp
-Cream 100ml (room temperature)
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
-Macaroni 300g (boiled until 3/4th done)
-Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,mix well and cook until tender & dries up (3-4 minutes).
-Add capsicum,mix well & set aside.
-In a wok,add butter and let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add milk,whisk continuously and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add paprika powder,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,salt,italian seasoning,whisk well and cook until sauce is thick.
-On low flame,add cream and whisk well.
-Ad cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and mix well.
-Add macaroni,cooked chicken and give it a good mix.
-In a bowl,add breadcrumbs,salt,black pepper powder,paprika powder,dried oregano,melted butter and mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.
-Grease baking dish with cooking oil,add macaroni mixture and spread evenly.
-Cover the top with breadcrumbs & cheese mixture.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes (top grill).
-Sprinkle fresh parsley,fresh coriander & serve!

-Chicken dal dein aur rang tbadeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Paprika powder,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur gul janay aur sukh janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Paprika powder,kali mirch crushed,dried oregano,namak aur Italian seasoning dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Macaroni aur cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein breadcrumbs,namak,kali mirch powder,paprika powder,dried oregano aur melted makhan al ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Baking dish ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur macaroni dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Breadcrumbs & cheese mixture sa dal ker top ko cover ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein (top grill).
-Fresh parsley aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
