1 Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
10 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp. + ½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. + ½ tsp. Garam Masala
½ tsp. + ½ tsp. Soy Sauce
1 large Green Chilli
15 Curry Leaves
½ cup Yogurt
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Cornflour
2 Tbsp. Plain Flour (Maida)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
