Tender, juicy & delicious, these kebabs are easy to make and a hit as a party starter!
Recipe:
2 chicken breasts
salt to taste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon green chilli paste
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
juice of 1/2 lime
2-3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour)
1/2 teaspoon crushed cardamom seeds
2 tablespoons fresh cream
Other ingredients:
Melted butter to baste the chicken

I dont see the significance of cheese in this recipe, that too cheddar. Seems quite random!!!! I have made malai boti many times with great success. I would be interested in hearing your explanation of why cheese is being used in malai boti recipe. Thanks

The addition of cheese adds to the overall flavour of the kebabs and we have made this at home many times for parties. It has been well received by everyone. I have made no claims of this recipe being 'authentic' if that's what you mean. If we don't try something new we remain stagnant. RU-vid is full of variations of the same recipe so you can really pick and choose what you want to try.
