CHICKEN MAMI
3 tbsp. garlic, pounded
2 pcs. onion, sliced
2 in ginger, sliced
10 - 12 stalks spring onions
1 kg chicken breast
2-3 liters water
fish sauce
rock salt
chicken powder (optional)
2 pcs. cinnamon sticks
3-4 pcs. star anise
1 tbsp. black peppercorn
1 tbsp. coriander
3 cloves garlic
1 pack egg noodles
hard boiled eggs
carrots
cabbage
spring onion
