Ingredients:
Chickpea
Salt
Red chili powder
Zeera
Ajwain
Turmeric Powder
Dara mirch
chat masala
besan
oil for fry
Water as you required ( i use yakhni instead of water)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add some basan on it and add all the spices and also add water to mix it well
Step 2: Take a pan add oil in it and on flame
Step 3: Now take chicken pieces 1 by 1 and dip in the mixture then fry it into high heated oil but use medium flame. Fry until it become golden brown color. After that Your Chicken Pakora is Ready.
