Growing up in Pakistan, these chicken patties (چکن پیٹیز) used to be one of the favorite tea-time snacks especially when there is guest around. Every local Pakistani bakery would have these chicken patties in the shop. chicken patties are crispy puff pastry that keeps on flaking with every bite and a scrumptious ‘milky’ chicken filling.

🍽Ingredients for Chicken Patties (چکن پیٹیز) Chicken Puff Pastry Recipe
► 1 - chicken breast {When boil you will get 2 - cups (approx 280g)}
► 1 onion (approx 100g)
► 2 tbsp - oil
► 1 tsp - garlic granules
► 1 tsp - white pepper
► 1 tsp - ground black pepper
► Salt to taste
► 2 tbsp - flour
► 1 cup - milk (approx. 250ml)
► 2- puff pastry readymade sheets
