I have just found your RU-vid and I am LOVING these recipes. You've really inspired me. I have 3 children and I work full time so I struggle to be creative with my meals after a long day at work! It's my day off today so I'm off to the shops with my youngest to buy my ingredients to make this! :)

Fortunately the really long hard way to make puff isnt the only way! Gemma Stafford has a Super easy fast puff pastry recipe that requires no folding. you use frozen butter which is the key to the flakiness. its a shortcrust puff pastry so it's kinda half and half. highly recommend it:)

hiya I don't often make home made gravy but next time I do ill be sure to make a video but just as I make a roux and add milk to make my white sauce its exactly the same you just add your meat juices instead of milk to make your gravy :)

Yea I always get comments about the price of food being so much more expensive elsewhere I guess we are really lucky but with the UK leavin the EU we will havta wait and see if our low prices will continue :S :)
I made a Christmas fruit cake an videoed it but I don't really hava sweet tooth so don't do much baking I'm more of a savoury lover lol kids like when I bake cookies tho may record that thanks for watching and taking the time to comment:)
