INGREDIENTS
1kg - Chicken pieces
Salt
Oil for sauteing
3 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Onion
3 pcs - Tomatoes
1 pc - Chorizo Bilbao
1 1/2 cup - UFC Filipino Style Tomato Sauce
5 cups - Water
250g - Sweet Potato
100g - Baguio beans
1/2 pc - Cabbage
1 bunch - Petchay
1 can - UFC Garden Fresh Green peas
4 tbsp - Soy sauce
Black pepper to taste

Made chicken pochero for Sundays lunch. Our version has pork and beans, saging na saba and sweet potatoes. For my veggies, I always add bok choy and cabbage. Very comforting dish 😊 yummy 😋

The pochero I grew up with walang tomato sauce added. Meron fresh tomatoes na ginisa, but not the tomato sauce. I think it's the Ilonggo or Visayan version. I love it with sweet potatoes and saba banana. Thanks for this recipe version, Chef!
