Hello everyone, this time I made an easy and fast puff pastry without a refrigerator
Ingredients:
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
-Tandoori masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Chicken fillet 300g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Onion chopped 1 large
-Garlic crushed 1 tsp
-Green chillies chopped 2
-Vegetables optional
-Red chilli crushed 1 tsp
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbs
-Puff pastry 500g
-Egg whisked 1
Directions:
-In a frying pan add cooking oil, and fry chicken cubes in ginger garlic paste shallow fry .cook on medium flame from both sides for 3-4 minutes, cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up. Now take it out .
-Let it cool & set aside.
-In the same frying pan, add oil .
-Add onion ,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add green chillies & mix well.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add vegetables and fried chicken well & cook for a minute.
-Add red chilli crushed,salt,cumin seeds,paprika powder,soy sauce,fresh coriander, mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-On a clean working surface,sprinkle dry flour & roll out puff pastry with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut in desired shape by using square shape cutter.
-Apply water,add prepared chicken filling in the centre & flip another puff pastry on top to make a patties.
-Gently press to seal & apply egg wash on top (makes 6).
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.
-Serve to tomato ketchup and mint sauce.
