I’ve made quesadillas often, but I had to see your version. I also use red onion, & yellow, orange & red peppers. I don’t dice the onion and peppers but I’m gonna try now, thanks to you. I also add jalapeños and portobello mushrooms. Thank you once again. 🥘♥️

Are there any things you prefer cooking in the pan with the raised bits over a flat stainless? Any advantages with the different pan? Just got a nice pan from Made In, wondering if I need to buy something else.
