Ingredients:
GF Tortillas
Chicken
Cheese
Tomatoes
Jalapeños
1/2 White Onion
1 Lime
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Asian Fusion or All Spice
Directions:
Dice equal parts of the tomatoes, white onions and jalapenos, then squeeze half a lime and set aside in a bowl
Cut the chicken into small pieces
Cook the chicken in an oiled pan over medium high heat, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and asian fusion remove from pan and set aside
In another pan on low heat add in avocado oil, let it heat up then add in the tortillas and layer on the cheese, chicken and fruit/veggies
Fold one half of it and let it cook for 1 min then flip over and cook for another 1 min
Remove from the pan and cut in half
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce
