Hello EveryOne..Hopefully you all are doing well..🌻
Today, I'm sharing recipe of "Chicken rose rolls".These are the best rolls when you will try.Simple and easy to bake..So,Try this🌼
💫INGREDIENTS:
🏵DOUGH:
Flour 3 cup
instant yeast 1 tbsp
sugar 1tbsp
salt 1tsp
milk (lukewarm) 1/2 cup
oil 6-7 tbsp
lukewarm water as required
Milk powder 1 tbsp
🏵Chicken filling
Butter 2 tbsp
onion(chopped ) 3 tbsp
Boiled&Shredded chicken 1+1/2cup
Flour 1/4 cup
Milk 1cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Black Olives 2tbsp
NOTE:
Boiled Chicken contain salt so I'm not going to add salt in this recipe.You may add If you don't boil chicken with salt.
💫Baking Timings
Pre Heat Oven at 170°C for 20 mins
Bake it 20 mins at 160°C
For Color : Turn On the upper rod just for 2-3 mins at 170°C
💫stove baking:
Pre heat for 20 mins at Medium Heat
Bake it for 20 min at low medium heat
🏵TIP:
After baked,Cover it with cloth for about 10 mins.
