Nice recipe by the way guys, you can also marinate the chicken with few spices and then cook the chicken without adding water and once its cooked add the toppings to your bread.

If you don't want to use cream cheese you can make a thickened white sauce with 2 tbsp flour and butter and a cup or a cup and a half of milk and salt pepper or any other seasoning you like😉
