Looks good, how long did you cook until you pulled them off? I like the water cleaning method, I'm going to try it, I usually let the CG 980 go for 30 minutes after the meat is off then I use the wood paddle to scrape it. Thanks Mike.
I really didn't keep track of the time to well. I think the total cook time was at least an hour. I always go by the internal temp of the meat. I've seen those wooden scrapers, how do you like it? Thanks for watching Chuck.
@@mikecha1957 thanks for replying, I don't really go by time either but the Wife keeps on asking, lol. I like the wooden paddle, but it does take time to get it burnt in on the grates.
