Recipe: Tikka: Chicken 750 gm ginger-garlic paste 1tsp yogurt 2tsp cumin powder 1tsp chili powder 1tsp kashmiri 1tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp corn flour 1tsp flour 1tsp lemon juice 2 tsp salt 1.5 tsp oil 1 tsp egg 1 food color 1/2 tsp Mix and marinate for 45 min. Then fry it in lukewarm oil and cook it in medium flame. flip chicken after 2 min. fry chicken for total 5 min. Masala; oil cinnamon 2 star anise 1 black cardamon 1 green cardamon 4 mace 4-5 black pepper 8 bay leaf 2 jeera 1 tsp cloves 4 onion fry until golden brown ginger garlic paste 2 tsp tomato 2 salt 1 tsp and fry until tomatoes become soft turmeric powder chili powder kashmiri chili powder coriander powder jeera powder garam masala biryani masala plain yogurt fried onion coriander, mint , lemon juice, water add fried chicken and make a thin curry Rice: boil water with cinnamon, green chili, bay leaf, coriander, jeera, black cardamon, green cardamon, star anise, lemon juice, salt, oil, and add 2 glass rice. Then strain water and keep it to cool down, In Dum: Make layers of rice, tikka chicken curry, fried onion, coriander, mint leaves, food color, add ghee by sides, kewra, rose water. And Dum it on medium flame for 15 mins. after 15 min turn off the stove and keep it like that that for 10 mins. Then serve it and enjoy your biryani saying Bismillah!

for marination: chicken ginger garlic 1 tbsp curd 2 3 tbsp coriander 1 tbsp red chilly 1tbsp turmeric half jeera half garam masala black pepper half corn flour 1 tbsp maida 1 tbsp lime juice 2 spoon salt oil egg 1 for rice: rica half kilo water whole garam masala green chilly 2 lime juice salt remove whole gram masala after water boiling and add rice coriander leaves boil the rice fully for masala: whole garam masala fried onion ginger garlic tomato salt turmeric chilly powder jeera powder coriander powder biriyani masala garam masala fried onion curd 250gm fried onion pudina coriander leaves lime juice water little chicken pudina and coriander
