Ingredients for Chicken Tikka kabab:
-Boneless Chicken-500 gms
1st marinade:
-ginger garlic paste 1tps
-salt 1/2 tps
-lemon juice 1 tps
2nd marinade:
- curd 3 tps
-red chilli 1tps
- Black paper 1tps
- jeera powder 1 tps
-dhania powder 1 tps
- salt as per require.
Preparation:
1st cut the boneless chicken as per kabab size then complete the 1st marinade and wait for 10 minutes after 10 minutes complete 2nd marinade and wait for 6 hour's after 6 hour's 1st ready your iron tawa with low gas flame . after that marinade chicken fit on kabab stick and put on iron tawa and wait for 10 minutes after 10 minutes move kabab to another side this process repeat atleast 4 to 5 time after completed this process rost your kabab on direct gas flame and your kabab will ready for serve.
