Chicken Vindaloo Recipe Ingredients : Chicken leg boti 1 kg Oil 1/3 cup Onion (sliced) 2 (large) For the Vindaloo Paste Kashmiri red chillies 3 (large) Coriander seeds 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 2 tbsp Button red chillies 8-10 Black peppercorns 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1 stick Cloves 3 Garlic 2 tbsp Ginger 2 tbsp Vinegar 4 tbsp Tamarind paste 6 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Method : For the vindaloo paste, add 2 cups of water, large Kashmiri red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, button red chillies, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves, garlic, ginger, vinegar, tamarind paste and salt in a pan and cook for 10 minutes. now make a fine paste and set aside. In a pan, heat oil, and add onion till golden. Remove and grind into a paste. In a saucepan, add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. add vindaloo paste and cook for another 5 minutes. Now add onion paste and 2 cups of water. Cook for 15 minutes and serve with flatbreads.
