I never did get this recipe from my mother, she was from Piergo Hellias, but your recipe is fantastic. Very similar to hers, but I’m sure she wouldn’t have used curry. I’m serving it with migithra and bucatini. Yiasou

I'm confused...pastitsado doesn't have red vinegar and no tomato?

Is it relevant to use the type of olive oil you used? Do different brands differ in taste also? :D
