3-4 Green Chillies
Crushed
1/2 Tsp White
Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
2 Pinches Of Saffron
Soaked in 1 Tbsp
Water
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1/2 Tsp Cradamom
Powder
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
250gms Boneless
Chicken
Piece Of Hot Coal
Ghee
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tbsp All
Purpose Flour
125ml Milk
Salt To Taste
Pinch of Black
Pepper Powder
1/4th Cup Cheese
Sprinkle with
Mixed Herbs &
Chilli Flakes
Garnish with
Coriander Leaves
