Ingredients :
600 gms Chicken (curry cut pieces)
A large pinch (10 to 15 strands) Saffron (Zafran)
100 ml Lukewarm Milk (to soak the saffron)
8 to 10 Cashewnuts
Warm Water as required (to soak the cashews)
120 gms Golden Fried Onions (Birista)
2 tbsp Water (for grinding)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
½ tsp Shahi Jeera (Black Cumin Seeds)
1 no. Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
3 nos. Green Cardamoms (hari elaichi)
1 stick Cinnamom (dalchini)
2 nos. Cloves (lavang)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder (dhaniya powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
½ cup (75 ml) Fresh Curd
Hot Water as per the required consistency (use after rinsing the blender jar)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 nos. Green Chillies (less spicy ones are used here)
½ tsp Green Cardamom Powder (hari elaichi powder)
1 tbsp Kewra Water
2 to 3 sprigs Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
