Chickens are off to the processor! Here's a look at how the process works for us. 

One of the more taxing task of our farm operation is loading up chickens to take them to the processor. This is a 2 day event for us. Day 1 we get the whole batch loaded up so I can make the hour drive to our processor & drop of our birds. The next day I make the trip again to pick up our finished product. Everything gets loaded up into the freezers & then it's time to get all of our equipment cleaned up & ready to go for the next round. This video is an inside look of how we take on the this task & what we find to be most efficient way to do it.
