It is a healthy, vegan, protein-rich dessert, sweetened with dates. The taste of chickpeas is not felt at all in this dessert, you certainly wouldn't realize what it contains.
You need the following ingredients, and all you have to do is add them to the food processor, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours:
600g boiled chickpeas
7 large dates
2 tbsp of carob powder
3-4 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of rum essence
a pinch of salt
grated orange peel
