@xinad333 Yeah but Kenn really did keef a lot of favours, letting him record for free, producing his songs and then shoot the videos when he didn't have anyone to shoot them. DJ Kenn is too real for that. And I know folks always talk about how good young chops productions sounded but man, I wish Kenn had produced a few tunes on Finally rich
@@BodyBagginCrips he born on August 15 1995 the video was released on January 17 2012. He has been rapping since 2010 idiot. you don't know sosa at all lol
How do I get to heaven? Will my good deeds be measured against my bad deeds? Do I need to be a good person to go to heaven? How do I know if I'm good enough? Well the bible says no man is good, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. So how do we get to heaven? Answer: By believing on Jesus Christ who took the punishment for our sin on the cross. There are no amount of good works we can do to achieve salvation because salvation is a free gift of God. We need to humble ourselves, realize we are sinners and that we need a savior. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave his only son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
This song single handily changed how music videos were shot and directed. Artist went from story telling music videos to chillin in a trap or gas station getting lit with the mandem. If Chief Keef was never on house arrest at his granny’s crib, we’d never get this greatness
N oviedo nah explain how he is a snitch bro, because he didn’t do anything wrong who tf is staying in jail for 47yrs for street credit then while he’s in jail they doing his baby moms and they kidnapped his mom? Like really
N oviedo bro Idk if you got the point of what I said , but his homies are the ones who backstabbed him bro during jail and his trials , you have to be dumb asf to just do 40yrs for street cred that doesn’t meaning anything , that doesn’t get you anything in life
Mello Manus lol, it did though. travis scott- quintana even copied the bassline and snare. As far as I know this was officially the first drill song ever put out (jan 2012)
Yeah but was this the first drill song to make it mainstream or atleast nationwide/worldwide appeal? I'm pretty sure that's where chief keef stands out. Most drill/trap music didn't used to make it very far out of the trap, right? Also it mostly sounded like badly produced ass. Now there's internet.
Unless they thank Common, Kanye West, Do or Die, Crucial Conflict, Snypaz, Triple Darkness, and Twista first. Swear y'all youngins don't know the history, culture, or shit in general🤦♂️🤦♂️
+Giving L' zzz from Oblock he was charged selling herion at the age of 16 and was also a suspect in 2 homicides he has done more than enough not to get blessed that's what I'm saying why would god bless him when little kids starve and get abused by parents and homeless just want a chance he just got lucky in my opinion
@@SupaSavage24 what the fuck are you talking about. This same literal snare pattern is used all the time I’m drill today. Chop and kenn started that shit
This song is more important than the national anthem. Chief Keef goes in soo hard on this right here! Only reason he is getting more hits is cuz he is just watching that short on *my channel* explaining how all these trappers out here be blowing up so big
Interviewer: Where you stay at? Chief Keef: O' Blokc Interviewer: What do you do for a living? Chief Keef: Bang-Bang Interviewer: What's your name? Chief Keef: Sosa Interviewer: How old are you? Chief Keef: 3Hunna. Interviewer: Where you from? Chief Keef: Chiraq LMFAO..!
Heard this back when it came out in high school and I had no idea of what was going on in Chicago at the time. News never covered how violent the streets were and let a lot of young men and women die quietly and terribly. I used to be a terrible critic of trap and drill but now I respect how guys like Keef, Durk, Duck, Fredo, Capone, etc. used music as an outlet for the violent nature of their lives. It’s sad that many of them never lived to see their dreams fulfilled.
Honestly, compared to his more recent music videos which obv have a higher production value, Chief seems to enjoy himself A LOT more in these older music videos. This truly was a iconic era.
I remember being 15 and one of my friends in school was like do you know this Chicago dude chief keef.. he showed me this and after that my whole life changed lol keef instantly became my favorite artist till this day. I finally found music that really expressed the way I felt.. you know being a reckless and immature Teenager back than. i cant tell you how much influence sosas music had on all the kids around me. people dressing talking and acting like sosa lol. I usually dont do this but i just want to tell these younger kids that Sosa was going crazy and still is. My cousin is 11 now and he only knew chief keef for faneto. showed him keefs whole catalogue and know he is hooked lol. if u wasnt around in like 2011-2013 and did not witness the wave you missed out and i feel bad for you fr
Sean Dafny I agree bro everything lined up from the president at the time being from Chicago, to this being completely new style of music, to Chicago getting the the gangsta reputation it has now.
Basic translation: I'm a BD fuck the GDs.. I smoke weed and chill with my BD friends. Which is what he basically talks about in every old school keef song.
