I want the child to be with the trust not with either of the parents till they r 18 and above and both should have an axes to be with them. Having read about Indrani Mukherjee and her life story about her step father ,I don't think it to be safe with either of them as they move on in life finding new partners. I don't want any more children to become criminals . She is not the only one .There r so many unheard stories. This is out because she wrote a book on her life and the struggles she had gone through both sexually and financially. Indian law must change for the good .
