Today we're gonna be taking a look at another support court with Judge Vonda case of a mom who doesn't want to pay child support Twitter: / xenoshot Twitch: / xenoshots
I agree but I also want her to be able to pay her sister child support. Even so, $700/mo seems too low under the circumstances. That is what you would expect a parent to pay the other parent for 100% of the child support. $700 is for the kids, this nasty woman should also have to pay her sister a salary for their care.
Not really. She dropped her children at her sister who seems very able to take care of them. That's a good thing for an unfit mother to do! Nor paying for the children, though, that's unacceptable. I guess she has a personality such that we don't want her to have children. Think of the horror if she wants them back to save money! The sister should seek cutody of them if that happens, for the children's sake. But I guess she will think $700 is cheap for not having to bother with two children. I wonder though, if there isn't any father somewhere too!
@@JackmeriusTacktheratrix7 I lived this, I still feel bad for taking my niece back, but I thought it would straighten out my sister. Let me, mind yours.
And where is the father(s)? Each parent has the responsibility of financially supporting these children. Mom’s in school and wants to focus on her career. 😏 I hope auntie focuses on mom’s career too and takes worthless mom back to court regularly.
@@MaxinesTrunkIt’s not her sisters fault that her children’s father is a deadbeat and it’s not her sisters fault that she didn’t put him on child support. She’s clearly a weirdo and so are you.
To be fair, she has to be ordered to pay child support and be in arrears before a warrant would be issued for her arrest. This is to initiate the order for child support to begin with...
Very true, but that's not going to bother this woman! At least, that's how I read her. The sister, though, seems to be able to somewhat make up for that. So the children might not be too much damaged by it.
@@SeptimusScholar Are you for real? The family is already adding the bills up ^^. You will need welfare to track down the fathers, social services/ Medicaid for the kids, Domestic Relations to insure that family member gets paid up, and on and on. There is always a case file when you have situations like this. Getting an exam is a small part of the expenses. She needs to be drug tested... pronto.
when she taking care of someone else kids & not getting paid to take care of them even if they go to the hospital it cost money..... her sister say she dont want kids bitch please if u dont want to have a kid keep ur legs close but u have 2 kids u drop off at ur sister place & not paying her a dime hell with that i call CPS on her that i have the kids she drop off & never return & etc i want money from her ASAP if she dont pay up put her in jail
What a truly despicable woman. Those two children are definitely safer living with their aunt as their mother would consider them to be a hindrance and who knows what she is capable of ‘
That is possibly the most sadistic smile I've EVER seen anyone give to a sibling. She looked like she was planning a murder. I also doubt she pays any support. That woman deserves to be in prison for abandonment
You do realise she’s an actor? It’s based on real cases, but they are scripted recreations of them. If you look on the “about” section of the show’s RU-vid channel, it states that all episodes of the show “include actors” and that names, characters, businesses, places, events, locales, and incidents - basically all elements of the show except the words that Vonda B says are “either the products of the author’s imagination or used in a fictitious manner.” Edit: to clarify, Vonda B is a real judge.
@@Dan_Ben_Michaelhuh, I just read the description of the RU-vid channel and you are right. Now watching the videos is less enjoyable, oh well, I prefer knowing the true so thank you.
Nope. What WILL happen is her wages will be garnished to cover the back-due and missed payments at some point. No matter where she works, her wages WILL be garnished for owed child support.
i dont understand the logic of 'i can't afford child support' but not using that as a reason why she cant have her kids but instead going with 'i dont want 'em.'
No, she isn't stupid, just very, very odd! She will realize $700 is cheap for not having to bother with two children, and that's what's important for her.
Ever heard of working under the table? Nope, no income, can't pay it and you can't garnish my wages since I'm unemployed. Oh and that means I get payment for the government and cheap housing and they probably pay for her school too.
My heart goes out to those children. The youngest probably doesn't understand what's going on, but I bet the 7 year old has a clue. I am thankful that Mom chose this way out rather than something more sinister.
@@williamz7011ate you sure the show is scripted? In that case I don’t want to watch something to make me sad. Heck, the horrors of real life are enough to keep me sad; I certainly don’t need any fake stories for that. UGH if it’s scripted!
I feel horrible for this woman's children. Imagine your mother drops you off at her sister's one day and never sees you again because she decided she didn't want to be your mother anymore? She sure as hell doesn't deserve her sister! This sister has taken on the responsibility without much complaining. I wish the sister and those kids well. I don't understand how emotionally bankrupt this woman is.
It's really heartbreaking. I can't imagine what this will do to those kids emotionally nor can I imagine just deciding one day that I no longer want the lives that I brought into this world. I hope the kids are happy with their aunt. They are certainly better off w/o "Mom". I'm kind of curious why the judge didn't ask where "Dad" is.
if my sister did this to me i call CPS right away that she leave her kids with me for 9+ months & never come back or pay me at all... she dont care im not watching someone else kid for free when a hospital bill cost over $1,000+ that i dont have money for after i pay my bills
God bless the sister. I came from a similar situation. My grandmother and step grandfather raised me from age 2 to six. It is largely due to them that I turned out ok. My grandfather loved me like I was his own. I pray this sister loves them like my grandfather loved me
Jimmie Graham, former NFL player, was dropped off at an orphanage when he was 12. Fell asleep in the car, and woke up by his sister screaming as he was taken away. He went on to play for New Orleand and Seattle in the NFL. And of course, when he got to the NFL - his pos "mom" did find him and was suddenly remorseful. Mom did not give up the sister, by the way, just him.
That happened to me, but I was the day home provider, and the parents refused to get the kids, so I became the foster parent and raised the three children. It's very sad how some parents can do that!
At age 42 my ex decided that she wanted "...to be free to date, party and have fun." When I asked about our two sons who were ages 7 and 14, she responded that, "They have no place in my life now." I offered joint custody but she gave me sole custody. She did not realize that meant she had to pay child support and she defied that and every other part of the divorce agreement...I had to make two trips back (600 miles each way) before the Court would make the child support an involuntary payroll withholding. She remarried to someone 18 years her junior in less than nine months while I was a single father for seven years before I remarried to the RIGHT person both my sons call "Mom." My ex has visited my sons three times in almost 30 years, each time for less than a day and has not spoken to my oldest son since 2005 or my youngest son since 2013. However, of course, to everyone with whom my ex and I were friends, I was evil and abusive despite the fact that she was arrested for assaulting me and our older son. Truly evil women do exist who have zero attachment to their children.
Yeah my brothers ex wife did the same thing. They got divorced around 30 and she was dead by 42 of cirrhosis and pancreatitis. She did a little too much partying. Anyway, this scenario seems to play out a lot in couples that got married and had kids young.
She has had a mental collapse. She is not CAPABLE of taking care of these children. She needs to pay - and STAY AWAY from them. She needs Psychiatric help.
The children are better off without parents who don't want them. The aunt now should file for legal guardianship, get those kids into therapy so they learned how to deal with rejection, and make sure the Mom stays current with the child support and then love them for the rest of their lives.
I agree with you. I hope the sister fights for custody. I have a feeling it wont be a fight. This mother will be happy to give them up. Breaks my heart. The only way these children will have a good life is if they are adopted by the aunt. She seems like she has been giving them what they've needed all along.
From the sounds of their mother, the sister will probably struggle to get any child support, so therapy may be out of her budget. That woman looks and sounds like she's on some drugs.
Legal guardianship, especially when the kids have been given up voluntarily, is not a difficult thing to do. It gives rights to the aunt that she doesn't have now and it isn't adoption because then the mom wouldn't have to pay child support. Therapy is available, covered by insurance and doesn't have to be life long. This is not a lot of attention and is very doable. (Don't know much about this show and the real outcomes, frankly.)
As creepy as this women seems by stating she no longer wants her children, at least she gave them to her sister. There have been far to many cases in the last few years of parents murdering there children because they no longer wanted them, even though there were family members who would have gladly taken them.
That's why i am thinking orphanage and abortion is the best option than sh!t situation like that. Seriuosly, some people really thinking being parents is just a game or somethig.
@@STARKILLER15100 Men need to also choose a reliable woman to bring children into the world with. Or not impregnate someone. Why is it always only on women? It should be both.
If I hear one more person say "I don't have enough money...I "only" make 40k/yr"....I'm gonna scream. Me and my Ex raised a kid where COMBINED we made a little less than 40k....If you firmly believe you can't afford life with a kid while making 40 grand a year...maybe keep your legs shut and practice abstinence. Must be nice to have the mindset that you can just chuck responsibility you don't want anymore....try that one with the IRS and see how THAT goes.
I thought the same thing. Me and my ex raised two kids on way less than 40K. And we even managed to send them to fairly expensive summer camp each year. Makes me wonder what mom here is spending her money on. I'd guess meth by the looks of her. :)
@@balthazor44 Meth? Have you seen what that drug does to people? Her looks, nor her behavior cry "meth." The only similarity would be the abandonment of the children, which falls in every drug category.
It depends where you live, if she rents a room it's doable but in California a one bedroom apartment is $2,000 a month, 40k a year doesn't even get approved for an apartment but let's say you did, after taxes that leaves you with very little to live off of after paying rent. You both say you raised kids off of 40k but try doing it today in some places and watch how quick you become homeless. FYI I'm not defending this lady at all just being realistic.
Same thing happened to me. Ended up raising two step grandchildren, six months and three years old. Never regretted it. They call me dad and can’t stand their mother. Not even wolves or wild animals abandon their children but it’s common place in this new society we live in. Shameful
First of all, congratulations on stepping up and raising your kids. I do feel the need to correct you in your analogy asthere are plenty of animals that abandon, kill, or even eat their young. That being said, as humans, we need to have a higher moral compass and put the needs of our children first.
I just went through a similar situation. Someone that I considered a friend arrived to "support" me the morning my son suddenly passed away. This friend told her 16year old daughter to stay "a few days" and help us. Then this friend dodged me and ignored texts and calls for the next 5 months while I housed and supported her child. I had enough when the teenager started stealing money and prescription medication from my purse. I guess this woman has a history of abandoning her children.. People are this.
This will be the mom who in 10-15 years will want to be a part of her kids lives, will demand financial support, and will try to guilt her kids into a relationship
@@user-bo1rj2xu2s Oh believe me, I did. Thankfully my crazy aunt and my psychotic cousins were just a one time show as well when I was there. My cousin Nicky/Nikki(I don’t know), stabbed me in the forehead with a fork
@@_theknighthawk_7018 I think she was too lazy to do it but she is still evil. I'm just thankful her kids are in safe hands otherwise we would be seeing her mugshots for their deaths.
She most certainly does not need to have custody of her kids. I hope that she never gets them back to abuse them instead of paying money for their support.
That woman is a monster. She just decided she did not want kids??!? Excuse me? "Whay doesn;t Mommy love me anymore?" Is not something anyone wants to hear a child ask. My heart sank hearing that come out of her mouth.
In my state they instituted a "Deadbeat dad Law"! The first person to be arrested as the most egregious violator? Was a women! These same people forced a friend of mine to take paternity test, over a child he knew wasn't his. They treated him like dirt, insulted him and threatened him. When the test came back exonerating him, they didn't apologize or acknowledge they were wrong! The entire system is jaded and broken. This mother, should be jailed! The Sister should be awarded full guardianship. This mother should not be given access to these kids. They'll remember how their mother abandoned them and how the aunt stepped in and provided them a home.
I actually seen this one before. She isn't just extremely irresponsible, she feels entitled and obviously is being extremely selfish putting herself first ahead of her children! Its sad because imagine how they actually feel? When you decide to have children, you better know that from that day forward, your life as you know it will be taking a back seat. Children come first....always! The best thing a parent can do for a child is to provide a loving, structured environment. Happiness in life equals love and this so called mother failed on every level. Disgusting.
one of my cousins dropped her 4 kids off at her moms, while `she just popped into town`... it took them about 2 months to track her down drag and her back to take care of them
a real scary thought is she may take these kids back to keep from having to give her sister money and God only knows what happened to them if she does that
She should immediately have her parental rights removed. She should be jailed. She should be forced to pay child support . There is something very wrong with this woman. She has no maternal feelings for her children.
Actually, they do. Facial shape. Nose and eyes. Very similar. The hair and the fact that one of the sisters has been run through more than the Holland Tunnel is throwing you off.
I gotta admit, watching this, makes me reflect on myself and my choices. I'm 21. I don't have kids. And I decided recently I would rather not ever have kids for the very reasons this woman is talking about. I want to focus on myself as a person. Is it selfish? Maybe. But you know what ISN'T "maybe selfish"? Having kids and then deciding you don't want them AFTER the fact, so you dump them on someone else, or you put them into adoption. That is DEFINITELY selfish. At least with the second one, there's a chance that the kid will end up with a parent who actually wants to take care of them, but both options are damaging in their own ways, depending on the age of the child. If you aren't up to the responsibility of having a kid, either just abstain, use protection, or (where it's legal anyways) get an abortion. You don't wait until AFTER the kid is born to say "nah. Not it, chief." Also, I gotta agree with Xeno. Her emotionless nonchalance about this whole thing is STUPID disturbing. I think she has unaddressed psychological problems that would cause her to get to this point.
It's not selfish to not want to have children, its a decision that can be tough. It's selfish to have children and then later decide that you aren't going to care for them in the way that they deserve.
@@rik6696No, that's not what I mean. You're right. It isn't selfish to want to have children. It is selfish to have children, decide later you don't want them. (Edit. I misconstrued what you said. I apologize. XD)
Exactly. And what some people who say being childless is selfish, is it's just as selfish to HAVE kids. Wanting kids just to have them, because you want them, can be consider selfish. Wanting them to help do things for you(raising younger siblings, doing house chores, etc.)is also selfish. My point is, people should stop criticizing others that choose to not have children or vice versa, because no matter what, it's their choice on whether or not they decide to have kids.
You're not selfish for not wanting children. You're responsible for taking precautions to not have them, because you can't give them the best life while focusing on yourself. It's like not being in a relationship when you want to live the single life for a bit. I don't want children because I'm not physically able to care for them and I don't want them to suffer from my poorly genetics. I think that's its own love, making responsible choices to not harm your potential child.
This should be classed as child abandonment. She most certainly does have to pay child support. She's not a good mother and she thinks because she doesn't make that much money, she shouldn't pay child support, your responsible for your children. You can't decide not to be a parent after you had them. You don't want them and you do owe them child support.
I read a story once about a woman who called adoptive services for her own children without her husband's knowledge. It was similar to this. She didn't want them anymore. The husband immediately took the kids to a hotel with him, filed for divorce and sole custody which he got. The mother wanted to live life like it was before she had kids and expected her husband to give away his young girls too.
Does the mother receive child support from the father? Both parents should be paying support to the aunt. I find it strange that the aunt wasn't asked how long she planned to keep them. Think this is happening more and more. Just most won't come out and straight say they don't want their kids.
When they realize the partying has to stop, they just dump them off. These kind of parents are more and more common, and why society is becoming the way it is.
I saw another clip of this and she stated she didn't know where either of their fathers were. That's the kind of woman who drowns her babies in the tub, thank God she gave them to her sister!!!
Fact: Any mom who says she doesn't want her children anymore should have a wish granted. Do NOT force the mom to get custody of children if she doesn't want to.
OMG! If a guy tried to use the "I just can't afford it" excuse the courts would say, "so what!" and they would take the payments out of his check before he even sees the check. Also he'd be sitting in jail on a work release program. When I got divorced I was told ( these are the EXACT words), "I don't care if you have to sleep on the beach, you WILL pay child support!"
Can you imagine these 2 children when they are old enough to google their mother...and see this... That will flush their self esteem right down the toilet. Too bad mommy dearest didn't decide this when the child was born so it could be raised it's whole life with a loving family and never have had to know or deal with this looser
If a guy straight up said "I don't want kids anymore" the judge would start child support at 50% of gross pay and then start on how he'll be paying health insurance, extracurriculars, car & car insurance...
That’s not how it works, it’s based on a percentage of income and education level and varies from state to state somewhat. And guys straight up DO what you said every damn day and it’s SO hard to get them to pay. They will literally quit a good job and work under the table to avoid paying for their children. When a mother does the same she’s the most evil. 🙄 It’s not a gender thing it’s a POS human thing.
All I can say is wow. My heart goes out to those kids especially the oldest one who is definitely going to have issues with rejection as they grow knowing that your mom doesn't love you anymore, that's sad. I am glad the aunt is taking care of them and like someone else said she should file for guardianship of these kids. That look at the end of the video was definitely a sinister I'm going to kill you smile. Creepy as hell. Those kids are better off being raised by their aunt who will always love them.
4:44- Its not that she's a psychopath but that she's a poor actor; this show isn't real cases and is only loosely based on real cases; the "judge" is actually a Texas lawyer. its all in the intro and descriptions last I checked.
I love how they describe this witch, she's young and wants to concentrate on her career. She sure doesn't look young and what type of career is she going after? You say you don't want kids before you spread your legs and pop one out, or two in this case. On top of paying child support the "Mom" should be barred from ever seeing the kids again. What a psycho!
This judge is amazing. People like this don't deserve kids . To just say you, don't want them is insane . imagine how the kids are gonna feel when they grown and they see this.....
Guys please remember if you have a baby and you don't want them you can always drop them off at a fire station or give them up for adoption, not give them to your sister or any other family member and not come back for them.
You're not allowed to do the hospital/fire station thing after a certain age. Originally there was no age limit and people were dropping off teenagers by the thousands at hospitals so they had to revise the law.
@@Veldrusara baby refers to a newborn up to a year old. i was warning people that they can give up their BABY at a fire station or hospital. here in texas the baby has to be 60 days old or less idk how it is in other states.
'I just decided that I don't want to have kids.' 'Well you have kids so you're paying. And if I find you back in my court over this it'll be jail time!' Is the way it should have ended, right there and then.
40k a year. What career is she chasing? It is not a very worthwhile trade. If she was making millions she could send them to a private boarding school.
That is a sinister smile and stare. I believe she’s already through the puppy and kitten stage and possibly onto her own species. It would definitely explain her abandonment of the kids.
She won't pay. You can see it in her face. The sister is a Godsend for those children. I do not have words to properly express my admiration for the sister. I wish her every good thing.
This woman abandoned her kids. My problem with the system is there is no mention of the father. How the hell does a sister get child support and custody of kids faster than a father??????????
There is no mention either of how her actions have completely upended her sister’s life. It’s wonderful that she loves these children enough to be willing to take them on but it will affect her for the rest of her life. Marriage prospects, whether or not she can afford to have children of her own in the future, her own career… The list goes on. What an amazing woman to still be willing to care for these children. These children have the most horrible disgusting mother in the world but the most amazing aunt thank God for the aunt. 😪😪
She is dumping her kids now but I bet when 1 of her kids become rich and successful, she is going to run back into their lives and try to share in their successes.
