The Instagram/pills references were about some notes he posted when Because the Internet was about to drop. These notes were of his fears of him not being good enough, not being accepted, him not being able to balance everything, etc. These notes led to people thinking he was deeply depressed and it led to people trying to give him pills, hence the lyrics.

the part about the pills dealt with this thing that happened a few years back where he posted some note about how he felt about life on instagram and people took what he said out of context and placed him under the title suicidal and stuff and people would ask him "are you okay" "things will get better" "here take these pills" so pills referenced to the way people tried to help him like he was suicidal and in need of help.

Yo I was supposed to be heading to sleep since it's 2 am. but I gotta see y'all vid as soon as the notification pops up.

The whole pills reference came from something that was happening at the time. You can google it, basically he wrote a bunch of stuff out on notes and posted it on instagram, and he sounded really depressed, so the people around him tried to get him on medication. Same thing with 'are you still on the show, are you dating jhene', he was on the first five seasons of Community and left halfway through the fifth season to pursue rap, and many people thought he was crazy to do so and he'd get questions about it all the time asking if he was coming back and stuff. And he was dating Jhene Aiko shortly before that was recorded and people were all in his business about that as well.
