I'm starting as a freshman next year and for the past 5 years I've been phasing in and out of the vocaloid community. During my in phases I can honestly say this place has impacted me and my life a lot. This might be one of the last times I listen to it for another while. This realized song made me sad and nostalgic.. I'll be dropping back to this comment every once and a while to look back and check on things.. Pinky promise :)

Crypton;s VOCALOIDs have no relationship to one another, the first canon relationship between two VOCALOIDs was in V3, Merli and Lapis as sisters. so. don't incooperate songs into their history as vocals.
I don't listen to a lot of Vocaloid stuff, but I absolutely LOVE how chaotic and bouncy this song is. Does anyone have any suggestions for similar songs? I've been listening through JubyPhonic's other covers and while I have found some really good stuff, nothing hits the same itch.
Kind of late but I suggest to find reol channel here in RU-vid is the artist who wrote this song or gigap who is the producer, they have vocaloid songs like this or songs with them singing (especially Reol)

Well today I found myself listening to and watching English covers *of* Japanese/German songs. All of the covers I've heard thus far are great. I have yet to come across a poor one. Side note: It took me until near the end to realize that there is actually two different people singing. oops. Time to watch it again.

This reminds me of a story I made up that I might make in RPG maker someday. The story is about an evil dark lord who successfully beat the hero and conquered the whole known world and became its sole ruler. After that, he married the princess of the last conquered kingdom and wound up with a son and a daughter. Years later, instead of being an overlord who rules with an iron fist like he'd hoped, ruling the world turned out to be way harder than he'd imagined, and he had to work constantly just to keep his kingdom from falling apart from civil wars and such. As if it wasn't bad enough just trying to keep his kingdom in order, his wife -- who doesn't really like him that much since he conquered the kingdom she lived in and killed the hero -- continually plagues him with various tricks and annoyances, like oversalting his food, short-sheeting his bed, etc. A while later, his kids grow up some and decide that they want to be rulers too, despite how difficult and terrible he told them it would be. Eventually, after they beg and nag him about it for ages, he decides to give them both a small city for them to rule over and play with like their own personal sandbox. The children, however, don't get along very well since they both claim to be the rightful heir of the entire kingdom. The king's son says that, since he's a boy, he should be the next ruler, while the king's daughter says it should be her since she was a year older. The two eventually start a war that mostly consists of insulting letters and shooting artillery at each other's castles and cities, all the while continually complaining to the king about one another, making his life more difficult and tiring than before. I don't know really where the story go after that, probably basically nowhere, but I just thought it could be kinda funny to have a story about an evil villain who successfully conquers the world only to find out that it's not actually easy or fun to rule it after that, especially when his children are going through a sort of rebellious phase.
