So much was happening within the band. Alexi switching from Jackson to ESP, Roope joining the band and killing it, they just released Hate Crew Deathroll. Amazing 😎
Alexi lived a rather fast but enjoyable life. I don't think he had many regrets. He accomplished more than most musicians, more than he probably ever imagined when he was a teen and started this band. He had a good life
In loving memory of our metal brother Markku Uula Aleksi Laiho 1979-2020. Thank you for your riffs, solos, vocal, stage presence and thank you for being inspiration for so many metal fans since early 90s. You will never be forgotten. 00:00 Intro & Hate Me! 05:35 Chokehold (Cocked 'n' Loaded) 11:00 Sixpounder 14:45 Angels Don't Kill 20:43 Silent Night, Bodom Night 24:44 Needled 24/7 29:05 Everytime I Die 34:09 Downfall
Always awesome to see footage from the HCDR era. I think they were in their prime for live performances during this period. Thank you for sharing this with us.
He played so clean and tight at this show. It’s too bad he became such a heavy alcoholic, he’d obviously still be with us. But he lived the real deal “rock ‘n roll lifestyle.” He’s missed so much.
It blows my mind to think that he only lived 41 years, but still *left an AMAZING LEGACY* . 🤯🤯 Average man live 90 years, only to be forgotten a week later...
@-_ nah. not just from his channel. I mean in general. there's just a handful of live sinergy videos and it would be cool if some new ones get uploaded
Had to be at Pop's. I love that venue. Remember a Megadeth show there. Went to the Hustler Club right after the show and ran into the guitarist from Powerman 5000.
I have pretty much all circulated COB shows. Old school (pre 2002) shows are not that great in terms of quality. Best shows have been upped here already.
