So I tried this with a leave in specifically the untie the know and my hair was HARD. I mean like a rock. Broke the cast with a oil Great definition but .... not sure I would use it again. Hair looks great though.
Not sure if this applies to you but the owner said the hold depends on how wet your hair is when you apply the product. And that the less water in your hair, the stronger the hold will be. I don't remember her speaking on leave-in though🤷🏾♀️😀

I tried this gel once before and was so unimpressed, I put it in one section, washed it out and started over with something else. Your video inspired me to give it another try, using your technique. Oh. My. God. Listen , if I get 3-4 days out of this wash and go, this will be my new favorite gel. My hair looks amazing. The definition is off the charts. Zero frizz. Zero frizz. Fingers crossed!
When happycurlhappygirl posted her video it was sold out at Walmart. As soon as u posted this video I paused it and went to see if it was in stock because I already knew what it was going to be giving 😂 I had to buy it before u sold it out based on this video 🤣 I’m so glad I got my hands on it 🥰 I just put braids in but as soon as I take them out I’m cranking this open 😍

Thanks for the video! My son is 5 months. He gave me beautiful length, then he turned 3 months old and my edges fell all the way out 😩. It’s ok because I love him and they are starting to grow back!

Does your hair feel dry since you didn't use a leave in (I ask happygirlhappycurl this too, but would love your opinion as well 😁)? Aunt Jackie has a similar custard with the same instructions (don't add a leave in), but it dries the hell out of my hair. So if this doesn't, I will totally by it. A one product WnG is my dreeeeeeeam 🥰
I wonder where I went wrong with this product?? Maybe I used too much? It gave me an EXTREME gel cast - like very strong and hard. I want to try it again with a leave in or cream underneath - and maybe be less heavy handed because I really wanted to love this!
I was VERY light handed with the product and I mean I BARELY applied product and the hold was strong. I can only imagine the hold if it were applied kinda heavy
My hair was extremely hard once it dried. It was flaky and It was so hard I couldnt pick it out. And it was super flaky. I also tried with the mousse underneath and same thing. I may try one more time and be extremely light handed. Sigh......
