This is the legit way to make them. Thank you for not using Monterey Jack or drowning them in sauce like other videos 🤮. I use white onion instead and beat the yolk before adding it to the beaten egg whites (makes the batter even fluffier). Try topping them with sour cream and a bit of parmesan cheese. 👍
