I have a few questions; If there's a need for low sodium can we omit the salt here (so we can adjust it according to the recipe we use the sauce in?), or is it necessary for preservation? [The vinegar should be enough for shelf life, right?] Second question: Is Kashmiri laal mirch the same as paprika? Can we use paprika in place of this? If we're using homemade mixed-ginger/garlic paste (in other recipes), do we just double the quantity to allow it to measure an approximate 1 Tbsp/each? Thank you! Please, please share recipes for people with low sodium/low spice (🔥) too! (Or as you're teaching the recipe, please mention it as a side note).
