Klaus' ticks when the heat kicks in are the stuff of legend. The man pure class through and through. Somehow it just never gets old watching him power through it.

Bobbanannana he is not a legend, many people can do this. It’s just pure entertainment, I can’t beat this man so easily in a chili contest. I have challenged him several times, but he does not accept the challenge. Why you may say, because he is not a legend.. just a simple entertainer, and he knows he will loose face and brand when he loose. He is not a really hardcore chili eater, just an entertainer
@@bukselak9328 If he were hardcore it would not provide these great clips. Mass eating of chillies are a whole other thing and cannot and should not be compared.
Klaus definitely has "Chili-tourettes" xD But man, Rasmus was a legend! Eating a Reaper and keeping his composure for that lont when you are not used to it is absolutely impressive!

Same! The suffering and puking and sculling liquids and everything else gross is part of the experience! I think Klaus was just showing respect to Rasmus by cutting it short before he got too sick.

I ate one of Klaus Carolina Reapers at the music festival Skanderborg some years ago. Never have I ever suffered so much in my life. The next 24 hours I was curled up in my tent, aching of incredible incredible pain and discomfort!! Unfortunately at the time Klaus only sold low fat milk and the key to healing after a strong chili pepper is fat, as that dissolves the capsaicin which is what makes the chili burn. Klaus was very comforting and gave me a chair and patted my back and commented on my vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre wrist watch. But Klaus, if you are reading this, please sell high fat milk and even cream or dairy cream ice cream, as this can really help a lot!! PS you owe me a day! 😂
he's right tho, chilis as hot as the reaper you don't get used to the heat. I've never been able to be so trained that it was bearable to eat a reaper without suffering. The highest I could train myself to eat was Bhut Jolokia, had to eat chilis every day tho. One time I was cutting up some chilis to make a sauce, among them were carolina reapers, as I went to wash off the cutting board after prepping the chilis the fumes that went into the air were so bad I couldn't breath anymore my throat literally closed up and I started to panic.

Tror Rasmus er en fantastisk fyr! Gid jeg kunne lære mere om ham. Han skylder mig en nattesøvn, da jeg i forgårs (i min hjerne) igen og igen hørte ham synge kampagne videoen om børn der ikke møder i skole - det holdt mig vågen. Og så så jeg hans rolle i John Mogensen filmen. Hvis fyren en dag synger et sted jeg kan besøge, så kommer jeg! I Like!
Hey Klaus! Great vid, as usual! I think that was a little cruel on your part to give Rasmus such big carolinas (btw, cross-pollination? we have very strong this season but of a typical carolina size) - this amount of pepper flesh makes no difference on your tongue, but definitely brings more discomfort in the belly, i think you should have insisted on taking halves of a pepper... poor Rasmus 40 minutes later that day 😂😂😂 but also kudos to Rasmus for such bravery slash foolishness 😂
I would love to see you do a collaboration with @Chase the Heat here on RU-vid. He can consume more peppers than anyone I have ever seen. It would make a phenomenal video!
