The location is Motonosumi Inari Shrine, Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The view of the illuminated torii gates harmonize with the starry sky to create the resonant sound of “Light of the Torii Gates,”.
Every month, our channel will stream soothing music set in regions that carry out initiatives to tackle climate change and global environmental challenges. Zurich is committed to climate change, and “Green Music produced by Zurich” is our official RU-vid channel. Please enjoy the “Relaxing Sounds of Nature” that we upload every week.
Motonosumi Inari Shrine, Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, depicted in this animation, is a shrine that is popular for its breathtaking view of 123 torii gates dedicated to the shrine over the course of ten years from 1987, and the Sea of Japan in the background.
Visitors can enjoy seeing an unusual offering box perched six meters high, as well as a geyser-type spouting effect known as Ryugu no Shiofuki (“dragon palace geyser”), created by the ocean water off the cliff behind the torii gates.
Nagato City recently implemented the Nagato City SDGs Promotion Guidelines and is carrying out coastal cleanups to keep the ocean beautiful and abundant for the next generation, as well as activities to popularize “green curtains” that make use of plants to achieve shading and cooling effects.
The music created by Takumadrops evokes the view of illuminated torii gates, and the soothing ocean sound of the Sea of Japan.
We want to face climate change head on and leave behind a bountiful natural environment for future generations. Please click here to learn more about the background information on the works.
