Amy and Eric, those look so good, I am thinking of trying to make some with my freezer bowl ice cream maker, it works for soda slushies.

That machine is way out of my price range but I did have a thought. What if you chilled the glasses before filling? It would seem to delay the liquid showing up.

Looks amazing! Cider is special stuff. Never thought of slushing it. But I am a weird person. Cold drinks, I love. But slushies and ice cream, which I love, give me killer frozen brain syndrome. Have to keep hot water nearby to cure it. It's all very silly

After you slush up the apple cider, add some Winterjack to it. Yum!
