I discovered this mix last summer in 2015 and it literally changed my life. I don't know what it is specifically about it but it flipped a switch in my head and motivated me to get my shot together and make something of myself. every time I listen to it now, I am taken back to that state of mind and I can't help but get motivated to make myself more awesome every day. just close my eyes and fall into a trance and vibe. it's too good.
I have listened a handful of your mixes and this one is my fav thus far. Love the vocals on the mixes. Keep them just like this. I didn't even know when it ended because I jamming all the way through.
Geez, can't tell you how much I appreciate this and the chillstep mixes. I have never signed in or commented on anything ever.....but after listening to a bunch of your mixes over the past 9 months or so: Felt I just had to man. Don't even know how I stumbled accross your stuff, Mix Hound but been incredibly blessed by it. There were days when I was so angry, and a mix brought me peace. Days when felt really low and a mix would lift me up. There were days of anxiety and uncertainty and a mix would bring me peace......other days just needed a mild pick me up and a mix would bring such joy...... Like Jesus in music lol, blows my mind. So max respect dude, keep it up and huge shout out to all the CRAZY gifted artists featured in the mixes: Y'all are a blessing to this world.
Holy shit I was listening to the first song on itunes, then I paused it and came to this vid, and heard it. It was also uploaded 12 minutes before I clicked it.

This is nice, I like listening to it while gaming, im playing Forza Horizon 3 right now, ( a racing game with kinda bad music in the background) and this is a way better tune to listen to
Hey MixHound good mix i don't usually write stories for these mixes, because i usually cant think of anything good to fit the max, but i think i got something this time, tell me what you think when you read. All who read this enjoy, and don't hesitate to comment on what you think good or bad. The Bob was in a club as he kicked back the shot glass of scotch in his hands he set the glass down and poured another one. “Hey handsome you look a little lonely.” The Bob threw back the shot then looked to his right there was a woman with brown hair and blue eyes in a small and tight dress sitting in the seat next to him. “I’m not lonely ma’am; I’m just waiting for my client to walk through the door to your right.” The girl looked to the right of her and saw the door. “That’s the door to my bosses office, are you an associate of his?” The Bob took thirty seconds as he finished off another glass. “In a way, do you think you could let me in there?” “Sure, follow me.” As the girl turned her back to The Bob a smirk formed on The Bob’s face as he stood and threw some bills on the counter and began to follow the girl. As they arrived at the door, she began to talk to the guard and he let them in. There was The Bob’s target sitting in his chair on the phone he gestured for them to sit and they did. The man hung up the phone and took a second as he took a drag from his cigarette. “So what can I do for you sir?” “Are you the one who supplies the drug called Bliss?” “Who wants to know?” “I do.” The Bob pulled out an FN Seven and aimed it directly at the man’s head. The man sat there shaking like a leaf. “Y-yeah I’m the guy how much do you need?” “I don’t want any of it I just want to make sure you’re the one responsible for the death of my family.” “Whoa man I didn’t kill anybody!” The Bob simply stared at him. “Five days ago a child and her mother were killed by four junkies on Bliss, and the husband and father was forced to watch all of it.” “Yeah I heard about that in the news weren’t all of the guys found dead or something?” “Yes they were because I killed every last one of them, now I will have my vengeance for their deaths.” The Bob unleashed five rounds from the pistol into the man, the girl screamed; The Bob knocked her out with the butt of the pistol. The guard outside opened the door slowly but before he could get inside The Bob ran into the door and crushed the man’s wrist making him drop his gun. The Bob fired three rounds threw the door that killed the guard on the other side. The Bob threw open the door and fixed his vest and suit jacket then closed the door behind him. Thankfully the music playing in the club was deafening so it disguised the gunfire. The Bob exited the club calmly and with an empty expression on his face on his face. As The Bob exited the club he thought back to that moment that he will never be able to forget no matter how hard he tried, the moment that will become known as the moment that he changed. He remembered screaming her name as the gun went off “Sarah!” then he lost control. He has always had tendencies that made him different from the rest of humanity. He remembered when the doctor diagnosed him as a sociopath his parents still looked at him with love and they tried to teach him how to feel. Most of the time he couldn’t feel anything, but when he first met her he felt a twinge in his chest that he couldn’t explain, but he was sure that it was love. When she was taken from his that night though, he just lost control. The Bob put the thoughts in the back of his mind got in his Saleen S7 Twin Turbo turned the ignition and put the car in gear and floored it, and disappeared into the foggy dawn.
The Bob slow it down, more description, make it more tense, space i out more, theres a lot there that could have been mor developed, particularly in the environments, and a bit of pathetic fallacy (mood appropriate weather) would have also helped. The story seemed to bigger than the writing and thus felt a bit rushed and unfullfilled, buuuuuuut im shit at writing so dont take me seriously :)

I've listened to I'd say atleast a thousand mixes of different genres of trap, with a large pct. of those being chill trap and this is at the top of the list for me, I've got taste in music and I know what sounds right and flows together like it was meant to be, I'm really picky and this mix is awesome. I can tell if I like a song pretty quick but there's always rare exceptions that u just have to hear the whole song and possibly listen to it a few times b4 deciding if u like it or not and those are usually the ones that fade-out and i get tired of quick and there are of course a lot more of those than there are that I wouldn't mind listening to at all times, u know those ones that u just have to listen to over and over and your like damn this is the stuff lol, anyways this track right here is one of those for sure ~Bad~Ace~
Jesus above, future bass is my shit. It has more originality than just about any genre. After all, it's a miscellaneous genre and it has the word future in it for a reason
