I’m an educator and I understand about the “shout outs” in the staff meeting or the weekly newsletters from admin. This is my 23rd year in education and I have worked in different roles. Just remember where your real shout outs come from…the Lord.❤Your good work is not going unnoticed. You also seem to have a great relationship with your students. That’s a great thing. I know you are frustrated but learning takes place all different ways and looks differently. YOU connect with your students, they love you once you get the connection. Remember GOD sees EVERYTHING you do. You do it for the children and not for the clout. It’s teachers like you that I appreciate. 🥰
Sis don’t be discouraged. We are all in this fight. I’m going to send you a sermon I heard during our winter revival. The summary of the sermon basically how “we” compare ourselves to those that may not be as faithful or maybe those that are not fighting the good fight. However, we don’t know one’s story or what someone has gone through. I’m praying for my kingdom spouse and a few other things. But, the pastor said your kingdom spouse will find you when it’s time. You don’t have to go out of your way to find him, he will find you. It will be in places you already go, etc. Sorry for the long post just wanted to let you know you’re not alone. ❤

I have enjoyed your blogs. I am 54 years old. And I can relate to your spiritual issues. I find that having a journal writing down what I’m grateful for and my prayer has helped me a lot. It also helps with stress and things that I need to get off my mind.
Conversation in the class is really dependent on kids personalities. In the 25 years I've taught some classes are SILENT. Others talk non stop. The silent classes do AMAZING on silent gallery walk things and the talkers don't. Not fair to compare when the kids determine sometimes the best way to interact.

You may be going through it honey but your life is also a ministry and you are ministering to other ladies and you are impacting others too. God is so good in that. You’ll be good. Ri, you may not want to hear it but you are doing things the hard way now so that you can rest later. Rushing into married life feels good at first and you can even portray online that you are living “the life” but it is truly miserable behind closed doors. It’s hard to embrace this time but once you are married you won’t be living for just you and God anymore. You will also be serving your family. If you wait for the one God has for you, not only will you be serving but you will equally be served by him and it will be so worth it. Stay encouraged ❤️

I really understand how you feel, I’m still trying to ask God to help me get my attitude together, but the relationships you have with your students are golden! I love my chill weekends and watching your vlogs. I sing and dance to your song when your video starts 🙂. I work as a lunch lady and students are disrespectful at times. I'm a no nonsense lunch lady and I notice they like the discipline and authority approach. 💕

Your are so much like my younger saved self… after teaching for 16 amazing years in the worst high school in my district I quit. Leaving had nothing to do with the kids I just couldn’t deal with Admins that had no understanding or appreciation for the hard work their Great Teachers put in… I always got the worst schedule. Watching you inspires me to go back because the kids are worth it. My advice to you is to think hard about your long term goals, dreams, and aspirations. Pray and seeks direction from the Most High… and you will find your way. Some of my coworkers left and built educational programs outside of the system and they get paid more doing things their way, by the same system they quit😊❤❤

Loved your transparency! I definitely have been dealing similar frustrations and have been vocalizing them the same way you did. So it was nice to hear someone else articulate the ups and downs of waiting for God to deliver on something. We are truly not alone in our thoughts and feelings.

I wanted to add this edit. The enemy sees that your winning and he’s upset and often times ppl don’t use the proper words especially in the school board setting. I don’t know you personally but I want to say, God placed you there to be possibly the only positive things in those kids lives, which we all see by the relationship you have with your students. Continue to ask God for guidance and peace over everything because at the end of the day, God is the only approval needed. I know teachers have their jobs cut out for them, and you’re doing more than most can or would! Sending lots of loves and hugs. ❤
I just discovered your channel and this video really spoke to me. Im a new grad nursing student and I’ve been stressed out waiting on my ATT for NCLEX. When it is God plan don’t get frustrated He will do it his way! I have been there want a husband and family so bad and did in my own strength and fail. But when I put God first it worked out now married 2 sons and so blessed. Not perfect but I have joy in my life that only God could give!

Love your faith chats and this video touched me because it's beautiful to see women that are trying to be proverbs 31 women and also at your age it's beautiful to me because there isn't a lot but you are my daughter's age and reads your Bible and do Bible study that's awesome. Also I was just saying myself how you see people getting things rewarded to them and you try so hard to do things the right way and you still have to wait. But I am glad I seen this because it lets me know that we do get werry but they that wait on the lord will be rewarded we just have to continue to be encouraged and He will give us the desires of our hearts 🙏
Left me first say that I really enjoy your channel and content. I also relate to you in a major way. It has taken me a very long time to come the realization that sometimes we feel that we are ready for certain things in our lives that we want. But GOd in his infinite wisdom sees the end from the beginning, where we have to live it out, he already knows. Rered the parable of the Prodigal son, so many jewels are in that story. We don't know what other people pay or sacrificed to be where they are today. We don't always see their struggle, just what appears to be their success. We don't even know if they are truly happy or having to save face, everything that glitter ain't gold. I am so happy to be on this journey with you, we all are struggling in various areas of our lives and even those that seem to have everything is struggling with something, no person is exempt from self doubt and struggle in some form at some time. You are doing phenomenally especially as a young person. Keep up the good work, know that GOD wants to give you the desires of your heart and patience is a virtue and we must not get weary in well doing. Praying for you and please continue to pray for me.

Hey Rianna! I’m always looking forward to your vlog videos. Filled with so many great content, especially the word. When you mentioned earlier in the vlog at times you grow impatient or want to do things to move God’s hands quicker. Then further down into the vlog, a small business owner who sent you a box of goodies a month ago and you are finally posting it. Imagine how she may have felt for the time period she was waiting on you to give her a shoutout; just to find out it was something that got misplaced in the process. I hope you see the connection. It was a test. The enemy wanted to break your spirit with that one, but it’s not going to work. Just know that you are doing a fantastic job and God sees your faithfulness behind the scenes.
The more you listen to God the more difficult and isolating it feels in the world. But it all pays off in the end and you realize it was all worth it. Day to day is so hard sometimes though.
Yes I do agree the bible is the only book that reads you back. God speaks to us through His word and in a unique way every time. For example, each time I read psalm again I understand it in a whole new way than I did the first few times I read it.
