@@smiletojannah So Zeeshan turns out birds dont have Capsaicin receptors they can eat all the mirchi they want without consequences. Moreover when doing a chilli challenge keep mint leaves nearby they calm it down a lot and act fast.

I remember 5 Ramadans ago we were sharing food with sisters from South Africa. It was their turn to cook the food for that day and they cooked this spicy rice with chicken. Oh boy... I was so hungry and wanted to eat but I couldn't eat too much because I am not used to eat spicy.
