Chilli Garlic Chowmein - No Packaged Sauces!
Boil a 200g pack of Hakka Noodles with salt, until 90% done, then wash with water and coat with oil.
Grind up Boiled Whole 10 Red Chillies with 8-10 garlic, salt and a tomato.
Stir fry half of the veggies in oil with the sauce, then add the rest and season with salt and pepper, cook and toss the noodles together!
