Hello Everyone..Today, we will share one of the healthiest and delicious snack recipes।is an healthy snack recipe that is simple and easy to make with lotus seeds and dry spices। It is usually made.
Lotus seed roasted snack recipe, masala makhana recipe, phool makhana masala, Chili Garlic Makhana Recipe.
Ingredients:
50 gms Phool Makhana
1 tsp tablespoons of schezwan chutney,
1tsp tablespoon of Red chili sauce
1 tsp of garlic powder,
1tsp of Butter,
1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder,
1 tsp of chat masala,
1\4 tsp of pepper powder,
1\2 coriander powder,
1\2 Jeera powder,
1\2 tsp of salt.
Process:
Roast phool makhana with butter over low heat until crunchy, then add spices, Schezwan chutney, and red chili sauce one by one, mixing well until evenly coated. Once cooled, serve and enjoy.
