Webtoon singer is a show where groups adapt and perform a piece of music that fits the vibe/aesthetics of a webtoon and then the audience chooses a winner. In this case, the webtoon that DC was doing a performance for is called White Blood and is about Vampires. Since Red Sun already gave heavy Vampire vibes, they chose it to adapt and gave it the creepy gothic instrumental. The creator of the webtoon is the lady with the black hair and ponytail they show right before the end of the performance. She was very impressed and seemed to really be a fan of the girls. Unfortunately, they didn't win the show but, in my opinion, (which might be biased) they should have. They nailed the concept and the vampire/religious aesthetics.
I saw Kep1er’s performance and it was good but not as good as DC’s. I think DC’s partner brought their score down. He was singing a ballad that likely bored the young audience.
They seemed so scared. Also, I watched their performance. Though it was good, I thought DC should have won. I think DC’s partner at the time brought their total points down.
Have you checked out that Boca K- Zombie version I mentioned to you before? It's friggen amazing if you've never seen it. It's honestly a must watch.
