Spotify said i was in the top 0,001% of listeners on their platform for Chilly Gonzales, i simply can't get enough (kinda proud of that achievement haha). a full 13,500 minutes of listening by their count. his solo piano albums followed me in my Montreal ambulance for a long time

Uriel Della Bruna Another fact: He almost didn't make it, because the bouncer at the venue didn't know who he was and wouldn't let him back in after the piss break he took, which he was allowed to have. Luckily someone important pointed him out and he made it back on stage just in time.

He is a marvel of publicity. Chili has identified beautiful and simple piano/compisition tricks that have huge public appeal. He himself is a very likable character. Simplicity, Character, and Elegance. Delivered with drollness and panache.
