I’m Tanzanian and i remember watching this procession as a kid on home video brought by my Dad’s friend from Zambia. At 04:00 he says “Father I thank you; I thank you Lord” all hell broke loose in the house starting with my parents bursting out in tears, Uncle, Aunt and us following soon after. It was truly an emotional speech and the orator was very good at it. RIP MH Rais FRED Chiluba....! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Am from Kenya and Heroes stadium was my first place to visit in my visit to Lusaka in 2016 to pay my respects to the fallen heroes! That was a devastating blow to the country and families of the entire team.
Me too Lord, that your Grace and Mercy extend over every nation and America, who's people sin against you. May the Peace of the Lord be with you all and Mexico, land where my parents were born, may the murders and disappearances by assasins that are not even Mexican in many instances, Stop, in Jesus Mighty, Powerful name and the families and mothers of those tortured murdered and abused be comforted by your presence Lord God Almighty, in JESUS Mighty, Powerful name! And it is So. That the people in Lahaina and Maui, Hawaii whose family members, many died, entire families burned alive in their vehicles blocked by police to the only exit from Lahaina town, with no notice of the severe, possibly, man made (DEW) wildfires that burnt thousands of the 'Native' Hawaiians homes to dust, leaving more affluent non- native homes standing, untouched. This happening on a day (8-8-23),in which the Native Hawaiians were bringing their paperwork to claim their ancestral lands! May transparency and justice be given them, in Jesus Mighty Name. And for Peace and Healing to come to all nations and wars and rumors of wars to end, in Jesus Mighty Powerful name!🙏🏽🔥✝️
I thank God for using this man dedicating and declaring Zambia a Christian Nation ,He surrendered this nation to God no matter what happens this declaration will remain firm and strong for it was done in the name of Jesus Christ.

God will never forsake you dear ones. Whoever Cries to God , God's mercy dwells upon Him or Her. This Nation belongs to God. 2020 am in tears.. this is a challenge to many nations.

Even men and women in uniform had to shed tears indeed this was so emotional and sorrowful moment for Zambians,, and standing before them was a president who feared and recognized his position in just another amazing way..despite being imperfect he feared God

2022 and the memory is still sad.. I wasn’t born yet but I can feel it. Also, the late FTJ was such a great orator.. this prayer is monumental. I don’t know why we haven’t glorified it is a nation..
He may have messed up eventually but he started out well, and the peace we enjoy in Zambia comes from prayers like these, God really does see us through because we are his very own. Am grateful I was born Zambian. I love my country
This may well be the prayer that keeps Zambia in God's hands, when Kings lead people to God, the Lord surely looks after that people. That cry from the King reverberated throughout the entire stadium, surely God was there. Praise the late King & Zambia.

Tears are still fresh for my beloved players of Power Dynamos FC and others as a whole. I still remember watching the figure of Wisdom Chansa @ Athur Devies stadium when he made a strong cross but it finished in the goal after making a hole from the back net (ATULILE ISUMBU KU LUKULE) in one of the confederations Cup. and we all shouted Wizzzzzzzzzzz. Then, Robert Watyakeni, Kenan Simambe, Winter Mumba, John Soko, Ba Alex Chola as National coach ad Ex Power player, (This is just how much my memory serves me now as tears flow)

Quite an emotional speech indeed! I remember in Zim, our Dream Team was going to have a match with the same team. Listening to the 8 pm news on that day, we got a shock of our lives as a nation.
