There are many layers to analyze in this performance. Did y'all notice the jazzy spade of runs that captured Ric Hassani and Omawunmi? That is some level of skills, the adlibs are not overbearing but properly laced and placed. His voice reminds me of Joshua Ledet and Jacob Lusk from American Idol even Asher Havon from the voice. He needs to do some Luther Vandross next because his lower register is very warm and soothing and Chima definitely knows how to paint a picture vocally. No contestant can execute that level of story telling.

This is how a man should sound. He is comfortable and hence he can add harmony effortlessly.
