After running condition near about 5 to 10 sqmt per hours & minimum manpower requirements 15 to 20 person, because shutter cleaning, steel shifting with binding with concreting & per lift shutter lifting only for 40 to 50 mm, so that all activities continue day & night.
Sir, regular concrete is used with regular slump or particular mix design is required for slipform construction, also one more ? is are there construction joints during tieing of reinforcement. Please reply and also if you can share your number. Thanks
Sir ji, concrete Starting time slump required , but mix design required as per your drawing and designer, and every 250mm to 300 mm ka jo ham log concrete layer dalte Hain Uske bad ham logon ko concrete ke setting ke liye 2 se 3 hours ka time Lagta hai usi duration mein ham log Steel ka work karte hain aur uske bad usko continue every 3-4 hours mein hamara setting hota hai to ham log slipform dhire dhire concrete ko dalte hain aur slipform ko as per setting dhire dhire uper Lete Hain.. iske liye Jo ham log mix design concrete ka karte hain uska setting time bahut important hota hai isliye slipform ke liye concrete ka setting time bhi lab mein check kiya jata hai
@@rbsinghcivilengineeringaca6777 Sir, setting hone ke bad construction joint kitna sara hoga every 250-300mm pe concrete pour hokar set hogaya toh initial setting time ke bad, and 10 hours ka toh final setting time hota hain, fir itna sara construction joints at every 250-300mm pe OK hain kya.
