Honestly it just made my heart swell with emotion seeing the little kit and chimp. I know the kit couldn’t have survived, but still.

Now the question i ask myself Did it survive?

Looks quite young so don't think so unless the chimpanzee figured out how to feed it.

Most animals aren't able to feed other species so i don't think this kitten will survive.

Experiment 2: Leave a bottle of milk for the Chimp to give to the baby with a reward underneath the bottle once the milk is all gone from feeding the baby.

I'm not sure who's the more moronic one. I didn't specify how the reward would be given or unlocked to the chimp. It wouldn't just be readily available until it feeds the baby. Say for instance under a plastic container that opens after the kitten was fed. Also you assumed that the reward was in the bottle. My thought was that it would be underneath. I think you are proving your own theory of bashing others to be true. You seem to be the most chromosomal challenged in my humble opinion as you've assumed so much already, but people with Autism or even Retardation would've not made such a brash mistake as yourself. I kind of want to flag your comment as well, but I am interested to see how much more you will humiliate yourself with your contradictory logic. In other words, your IQ is entertaining me. Perhaps we should conduct a social experiment on YOU @HeavenHammer. Spoke to early I gather? Me: 1 You: -1

@Francisco Rodriguez I agree. Personally I think it would, assuming it was well-fed and was in a nurturing mood, which appears to be the case. Then include a sweet treat that it finds favorable above all other treats. This would essentially reward the chimp in acknowledging nurturing behavior. It would be interesting the relationship that would develop.

It can't survive id imagine. Being a kitten It would suckle milk which naturally it won't have. Chimps don't ordinarily kills for meat so unless the kitten can get nourishment from leaves and nuts, it's dead. Not to mention that although gentle, the chimp is way too powerful for such an animal, it'll kill it accidentally or accidentally drop it from a tree.

Chimps do kill for meat. that was discovered by Dr. Jane Goodall many decades ago

The disturbing thing about this segment when I saw it on the broadcast is how it was unconcernedly used to manipulate people into saying "aaaaawwww", when anyone with a modicum of foresight recognized that unless the film makers intervened, which isn’t likely, what we were really were watching was a kit doomed at best to die an a unpleasant death from starvation...

First of all it's not a cat of any kind, so that's misleading. Genets are in the viverridae family, not felidae. Secondly, they're not very large and while that one is young, it's well developed. If it can figure out how to forage while the ape protects it, there is some chance of survival, though it's not high.

I don't know why genets (and their relatives civets) were ever called cats in the first place? They look more like ferrets (even though they aren't related to them)
@svenservette4197
@svenservette4197 7 лет назад
Have you ever heard of a Pole Cat? It's a weasel in North America. It looks like a weasel, but it's called a cat. People name stuff stupidly.
@suggiethames9870
@suggiethames9870 7 лет назад
Actually polecat is what many Americans call skunks, they call them that because they do look a bit like a European member of the weasel family that is known by that name. The pole part of their name comes from poultry as they were known for preying on domesticated fowl.Another interesting tidbit, polecats are the wild ancestors of domesticated ferrets

Genets are closely related to cats in the Feliforma. They have superficial similarities to cats: retractable claws, walk on the their toes, can land on their feet easily, etc.
