5:02 lmfao I love that they straight up smashed the license plate in to fit since the Chevy Express was designed for an American plate.
@bradleymeyer9775

The bumper, where the step is, looks like it has enough space for European and Asian license plates because the traditional space is for North American license plate.
@davidfreeman3083
@davidfreeman3083 Год назад
@@bradleymeyer9775 The thing is China doesn't really use European plates either. It's a little shorter but most importantly, significantly taller. Making it almost an in between American and European. (Which is more or less like a lot of other stuff in China)
@JoCaTen
@JoCaTen Год назад
Yeah that's a common occurrence when you get cars that don't have a spec that works with your country. There's a Toyota Corolla wagon in my area whose rear door/trunk is from the JDM counterpart of it and the license plate, since I live in Europe, has a regular plate jammed in although we do vertical plates on some occasions.

Why do the emergency vehicles drive around with their lights on but not responding to an emergency? I have seen this in a few other countries as well. Thank you. Great vids.
@PabloMacíasCR
@PabloMacíasCR 2 года назад
Hi, I don't know much English, so I'll try to explain. That happens in several countries, even in many of Latin America, I think this is the same in China, they use those lights to indicate to people around them that there is a police presence or create a police presence in the face of any crime that may occur and it does not necessarily mean they are in an emergency!

@@Dale1029834756 when you're in an emergency and you need cars to move aside, you turn on the sound indicator of the siren. Otherwise, the lights are good because they prevent crime for occurring. @@dauphongii They should adopt the patrol lights idea that we use in North America. Just a red blue steady burn on the out side of the light bar.. It doesn't matter anyway. Police presence lowers crime, not police lights.
@dauphongii
@dauphongii Год назад
@@Dale1029834756 police presence doesn't lower the crime. the crime will still happen, if the robber isn't aware of the police. why do you think police cars have bright colors and high visibility stripes? why do you think policemen wear high visibility vests in many places? it serves two things. 1. to stop crime from happening 2. to be able to identify a presence of a police officer. if you are in a bad situation, running to a police officer can save you from getting robbed, and can even save your life. during night time, you can see police lights flashing from very far away. if you were getting robbed in China, and a police car was 200 meters down the road in front of you, patrolling, you would be able to run towards them and the robber would run away or be arrested. if you were robbed in America, you wouldn't even notice a police car being there, because it's night time and it's dark. and the robber wouldn't either. you could die, just because you didn't know a police car was there. and this is not just happening in china, patrolling police cars also have lights on in many other countries. most of east asia, and even some european countries, such as Spain.
