China is right, the US dictates to NATO and the US had instigated the overthrow of a Russia friendly government in 2014. The US and NATO has for 8 years trained , equipment, advised, and helped Ukrainian forces build extensive fortifications in Donbas. All the while Ukrainian forces have been fighting the people in Donbas for 7 years. The US had already made Ukraine a de facto member of NATO creating the second largest military in Europe. This is why Russia had to act against having NATO on its borders.
